These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by SCANSUSTAIN, in particular services in automatic data processing and information technology according to .

2. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded by written confirmation, electronic acceptance or by actual performance of the service. SCANSUSTAIN may reject orders without stating reasons.

3. Services

The concrete scope of services results from the respective offer or written order confirmation. Services may be performed in whole or in part by qualified subcontractors.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euro, plus statutory VAT where applicable. Invoices are payable without deduction within the period stated on the invoice.

5. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as far as legally permitted. Liability for indirect damages and loss of profit is excluded.
